“Most people are going to have two or three marriages or committed relationships in their adult life. Some of us will have them with the same person.” – Esther Perel, LMFT

Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop? Do you feel like you and your partner are drifting away? Do you desire more intimacy between you and your partner? Are deciding whether to separate or navigating divorce? Or, are you just looking for some extra tools to keep your relationship on solid ground and work better as a team?

All things can be improved, changed and bettered, with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and connect more effectively with your partner.

Who are you partnered with or married to today? Is it the same person you met when you first started dating or have they evolved? Reflect on how you both have changed and how you want to change for the better in your relationship. Our relationships are meant to continuously evolve – so be open to the journey.

I primarily use an approach called Relational Life Therapy (RLT) started by Terry Real. I’m happy to answer questions and give you some insights into this model and approach.

I would love to speak about how I may be able to help you relate better with each other, connect and support each other, and grow in your love together.
