  • Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is Terry Real’s radical approach to couples therapy that breaks many of the rules of traditional couples therapy. Notably, RLT emphasizes the importance of people learning the ongoing skills they need to nurture and cherish their relationships long after their time in therapy is over. It’s these core skills you will learn in the Relationship Bootcamp to help you create meaningful relationships and keep the spark alive. RLT equips people with the powerful relational skills they need to cultivate meaningful connections—to themselves, each other, and the planet as a whole.

    Who is Terry Real?

  • Discernment Counseling is specially designed for couples where one spouse is leaning towards divorce, and the other wants to preserve the marriage. The focus is not on solving marital problems but on seeing if they could potentially be solved.

Discernment Counseling is short term, just 1-5 sessions and leads to greater clarity in next steps.

  • An intensive is a chance to do a deep dive quickly into the core issues that may be causing issues in your relationship. These can be custom designed and are typically 1-2 days with 4 ½ hours of work together.
